Panda Card

This 5x7 card was made using:
Basic Grey cardstock
lantern stamp
clear embossing powder with black pigment ink
Copic markers
Cricut Pagoda cartridge

I used a craft knife to cut around the lanterns so they look like they're actually hanging above the Panda.

Thanks for stopping by!

Thank You For Your Comments!

Yesterday was my very first Blog Hop and I want to say thank you for the nice comments that were left! I was also excited to see several new Followers. So encouraging! Thanks so much!

It only seemed fitting to share this card with you today.

This is a card made with the Cricut Imagine and the Imagine Better Together cartridge. I used an Action Wooble behind the heart so that it moves.

Have a great crafting day!

One Creative Momma's Blogoversary Blog Hop!

It's the one year anniversary of One Creative Momma's blog! I had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne this last January and we've been blogging friends ever since. She truly is "one creative momma" and is a very sweet and talented crafter! I'm happy to be hopping in my first Blog Hop to celebrate this special day!

If you've just arrived on this hop and didn't start from the beginning, please head over to One Creative Momma and start the fun there. Be sure to leave a nice comment for Yvonne!

For this hop we were to create a birthday project. I was so excited to be part of my first blog hop that I created two, lol.

The A2 card above was made using:

Cricut Straight From the Nest cartridge (bird cage and bird)
Basic Grey cardstock (bird motif)
Hero Arts stamp
Kraft cardstock
EK Success scroll edge punch
hemp twine
Bo Nash no mess glitter- yellow gold

This next card was made using the Cricut Imagine and the Imagine More Cards cartridge.

The entire card was printed and cut with the Imagine. It's really convenient to just use white cardstock when doing a project. I used a premade card image on the cartridge along with the cute birthday sentiment. I really like being able to choose which layers to print/cut and then I attach some with pop dots (like the chick here).

Next stop on the Hop is Pink Cricut - be sure to visit Sarah and give her some crafting love! She's created a very festive decorated box that you just have to check out.

Here's the rundown on the Hop just in case you're lost or want to check out all the blogs from right here:

A Happy Card for Peachy Keen Sketch Challenge #54

This A2 card was made for the Peachy Keen Sketch Challenge #54. I was trying to play with colors that go together well using the color wheel. This combination seems very happy to me! The image in the circle is a stamped image that I colored in. I punched it out along with a few larger scallop circles.

Enjoy the day and thank you very much for stopping by!
