A Card for Die Cuttin Diva's Challenge #54

This card is entered into the Die Cuttin Diva's Challenge #54! The challenge is to include fabric, feathers and/or flowers and at least one die cut into your project. If you haven't checked out this challenge blog be sure you do! It is filled with inspiration for card making and scrapbooking. They also have a cartridge spotlight where they highlight a specific cartridge and show lots of projects they have made with it. Makes me want to pull out some of those carts I haven't used in awhile.

This card was made using:
Cricut Straight from the Nest cartridge - flowers
Martha Stewart butterfly punch
Fiskar's grass border punch
Cricut Imagine Hopscotch cartridge - cloud cardstock
I Rock
Hero Arts sentiment stamp
Cuttlebug embossing folder
DCWV cardstock

Thanks for stopping by! Have a happy crafting day!

One Creative Momma's Blogoversary Blog Hop!

It's the one year anniversary of One Creative Momma's blog! I had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne this last January and we've been blogging friends ever since. She truly is "one creative momma" and is a very sweet and talented crafter! I'm happy to be hopping in my first Blog Hop to celebrate this special day!

If you've just arrived on this hop and didn't start from the beginning, please head over to One Creative Momma and start the fun there. Be sure to leave a nice comment for Yvonne!

For this hop we were to create a birthday project. I was so excited to be part of my first blog hop that I created two, lol.

The A2 card above was made using:

Cricut Straight From the Nest cartridge (bird cage and bird)
Basic Grey cardstock (bird motif)
Hero Arts stamp
Kraft cardstock
EK Success scroll edge punch
hemp twine
Bo Nash no mess glitter- yellow gold

This next card was made using the Cricut Imagine and the Imagine More Cards cartridge.

The entire card was printed and cut with the Imagine. It's really convenient to just use white cardstock when doing a project. I used a premade card image on the cartridge along with the cute birthday sentiment. I really like being able to choose which layers to print/cut and then I attach some with pop dots (like the chick here).

Next stop on the Hop is Pink Cricut - be sure to visit Sarah and give her some crafting love! She's created a very festive decorated box that you just have to check out.

Here's the rundown on the Hop just in case you're lost or want to check out all the blogs from right here:
